#Domenicalmuseo: Free Museums Florence every first Sunday of the month

It comes back again in February 2017, the initiative of the Ministry of Heritage, Culture and Tourism. In fact, on Sunday, 5 February 2017 you will find many free museums in Florence open to visitors throughout the day. You will not pay the ticket to visit monuments, museums, galleries, archaeological digs, parks and state monumental gardens. Even some private museums participating in the initiative, partially or in a reduced way, according to information on their official websites.

What to visit in Florence for free? Here is the complete list of museums and monuments participating in the initiative:

Medici villa of Cerreto Guidi and Historical Museum of Hunting and Territory
Hours: Open from Monday to Sunday, from October to March from 10 am to 18; from April to September from 9 am to 18; on Sunday from 10 to 19
Closed second and third Monday of the month; Reservations: None

Gabinetto Disegni e Stampe degli Uffizi

Hours: Mon, Wed, Fri, from 8:30 am to 13:30; Tue, Thu, from 8:30 am to 17:00; weekdays and holidays 8-15; Reservations: None
