Halloween in Florence in the historic centre…let’s start with the aperitif

The aperitif at the Tower Bar awaits you with a glass of Champagne Perrier-Jouët in Belle Epoque-style, and delicious finger food made with pumpkin prepared by our chef Simone Bertaccini to celebrate the haunted night: the pumpkin risotto with taleggio, the pumpkin puff and amaretto, pumpkin mousse with white yoghurt. The champagne is a blend of skill and art, based on the structure and depth of Pinot Noir and the fruity and round style of the Pinot Meunier. The aperitif of October 31st, 2012 is available for guests who stay at the hotel as a free welcome drink on arrival. For the general public the aperitif has a cost of € 15.00 per person.
