Have you ever thought of dining in an ancient medieval tower in Florence? On Saturday, February 10th and 24th, 2018, the Santa Elisabetta Restaurant will make you live an incredible experience in the heart of the historical center, on the first floor of the Byzantine Pagliazza Tower, the oldest building still standing in the historic center of Florence. In the XII century it was used as a women’s prison, hence the name “Pagliazza” which derives from the beds of straw of the prisoners. It is just here that we invite you to taste the menu of chef Rocco de Santis and wine pairings by maitre Domenico Napolitano.
