Dinner Chocolate with Roberto Catinari

On Saturday 1st December 2012, last event of the year with the Saturdays of food and wine, the heart of flavor in the heart of Florence at Ristorante Santa Elisabetta, located on the first floor of the ancient Torre della Pagliazza, inside the Hotel Brunelleschi, a few steps from the Duomo and Piazza della Signoria. For a wonderful ending the chef Simone Bertaccini and the maître Daniele Caldera recommend a sweet chocolate dinner in collaboration with The Art of Chocolate by Roberto Catinari.
