Saturday, January 26th, 2013, tasting evening at Ristorante Santa Elisabetta, in the historic centre of Florence: the heart of flavor in the heart of Florence. Chef Simone Bertaccini proposes a tasting menu created in collaboration with the farm Ceretto. The location is the first floor of the splendid Byzantine tower of Pagliazza, in Piazza Santa Elisabetta, a few steps from the Duomo and Piazza della Signoria: seven tables by candlelight in a special atmosphere, for an unforgettable evening.
