At the Restaurant Santa Elisabetta is arrived the new à la carte menus by Chef Rocco De Santis. We invite you to try at dinner the new dishes from Tuesday to Saturday, from 19.30 to 22.30.
The Restaurant Santa Elisabetta is located in Piazza Santa Elisabetta, inside the Hotel Brunelleschi, on the first floor of the Pagliazza Tower and at a few steps from the Duomo and Piazza della Signoria.
The creative chef’s specialties will surprise you in the unique and exclusive location of the Byzantine tower that will envelop you with its intimate atmosphere consisting of only seven tables, always at candlelight.

This cuisine is based on essentiality, on dishes centred on a product, of which two or three as support, and it is characterized by contrasts between acidity and sweetness, cooked and raw, softer and lighter.
Among the starters, the sea and the land alternate and meet together like in the Beef at the Sea…, in the Sepia with arrabbiata sauce grilled not grilled, in the Mediterranean shrimp or in the Quail with Jerusalem artichoke, Black Sesame, Aubergine Compote.
Here are the first courses with homemade pasta: do not miss The buttons stuffed with ricotta and lemon, Mussels, “scapece” of zucchini, Crispy octopus, the Fettuccia pasta with basil pesto sauce, Clams, Scampi, Peanut crumbs, and moreover the Bundle stuffed with Lampredotto, Green Sauce, Candied Lemon Gel or the Rice stuffed with Yellow Pepper, Squid Ragout, Lime and Capper Powder.
The second courses that enhance the raw material as in the case of the Fennel of fresh fish with Tomato soup, centrifugal of field Herbs, Trellis in Saffron Bread Crust, Pesto of Raisins and Pine nuts, Garlic Sauce, Red Onion Marmalade or in the Lamb with dried figs, Raspberries, Smoked Potatoes and Chicken devil style.
…And to end sweetly the desserts menu offer delightful and interesting combinations such as The little cannon with Soft Cheeses, Pears and Bubbles of Red Wine, Milk Ice Cream, Ganache cream with Gianduja, Hazelnut and Rosemary Cream, Chocolate Ingot, The fruit of the Passion and Strawberry or the Extra Virgin Olive Biscuit, Pistachio and Coconut Dacquoise.
