Originality is protagonist in the new menu of the Restaurant Santa Elisabetta
The chef Giuseppe Bonadonna proposes the new seasonal menu at the Restaurant Santa Elisabetta. Come to find out it in a unique and exclusive location as the ancient Tower of Pagliazza. The restaurant, consisting of just seven tables, is located on the first floor of this ancient tower situated in Piazza Santa Elisabetta in Florence, a few steps away from the Duomo and Piazza della Signoria.

New menu at the Restaurant Santa Elisabetta with dishes for vegans and celiac and sweet temptations
For each course there is at least one dish suitable for vegans and celiac: among the starters there are the celeriac cream, salted Piedmont hazelnuts IGP, drops of balsamic vinegar; among the first courses there are rice ravioli stuffed with artichoke mousse, emulsion with walnuts; among the second courses there are the amaranth millefeuille, crisp seasonal vegetables, basil sauce.
Then go to the dessert menu, with the seductive name “Sweet Temptations”. Just to make your mouth water: the Tiramisu or crunchy mousse. The ice cream is in the caramelized pineapple with demerara sugar, infusion and vanilla ice cream.
The menu is enhanced by the wine list created and crated by our maître, attentive in offering the right wines paired with each course.
