Chef Rocco de Santis proposes the new seasonal menu at the Santa Elisabetta Restaurant. Come and find out it in a unique and exclusive location like the one of the ancient tower of Pagliazza. The restaurant, consisting of only seven tables, is located on the first floor of this ancient tower located in Piazza Sant’Elisabetta in Florence, at a few steps from the Duomo and Piazza della Signoria.
The restaurant is open from Tuesday to Saturday from 7.30 to 22.30. Closed in August.

The new dishes by chef Rocco de Santis will remain on the menu for the next months. It starts with the starters “Intrusioni d’autore”, with proposals such as:

Red Shrimp with Panzanella, Almond and Olive Intensity
Grilled cuttlefish, Parsley extract, Tarallo and Nduja
Marinated Palamita, Guacamole, Asparagus scapece
Charcoal eel, goat cheese, green apple and dried figs
Beef diaphragm, Oyster emulsion, Pizzaiola dry and Apricot
