All products derive from a careful selection of raw materials, with exclusive use of Italian meats and artisanal processes, without additives but only salt and natural spices. We have selected for our guests a range of products of the best quality: ham cured for 24 months, the typical Tuscan salami, the tasty finocchiona, the rift in country style and the exquisiteness of the cup and the fat of Colmata. At the Osteria della Pagliazza, you will have the pleasure to taste these delicacies accompanying them with bread and focaccia and a typical Tuscan wine suggested by our maître.
The Osteria della Pagliazza is located on the ground floor of the old Byzantine Pagliazza Tower, in Piazza Santa Elisabetta, a few steps from the Dome, Via dè Calzaiuoli and Via del Corso.
