Chef Bertaccini’s World Champion Ice Cream in Restaurant Santa Elizabetta

Hotel Brunelleschi leans out towards the enchanting piazzetta Santa Elizabetta with its semicircular Byzantine tower: here in the summer period the guests of the Restaurant  Santa Elizabetta can enjoy a lovely dinner al fresco.

On the à la carte menu you will find the dishes of the Tuscan cuisine revisited by Simone Bertaccini, our young and creative Chef and also world champion of ice creams. In June 2009 chef Bertaccini’s team got a crushing win in the SIGEP high class cuisine in Rimini, mixing different styles in cooking and preparing innovative dishes.

The extremely evocative title given to the menu “Earth and Sea” has given better chances to and relaunched the Mediterranean Cuisine with 3 courses of the  gastronomic salty ice cream and the grand finale of dessert: whipped white chocolate and cheese; almond ice cream; passion fruit gellè; Campari meringue and Avola’s Almond tile.
